ISO 27001:2022
Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) is certified to ISO 27001:2022, covering all aspects of the IMAST 360 platform including development, operations, support, and infrastructure. Annual surveillance audits ensure continuous compliance.
ISO 27017
Cloud-specific security controls certification. Covers secure configuration, shared responsibility model, virtual machine security, and cloud service customer data isolation.
ISO 27018
Protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in public cloud environments. Ensures consent-based processing, data minimisation, transparency, and breach notification procedures.
SOC 2 Type II
Independent audit verifying our controls for Security, Availability, and Confidentiality over a 12-month observation period. Report available under NDA for Enterprise customers.
GDPR
Full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. We offer Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), support data subject rights, implement Privacy by Design, and use Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers. See our GDPR Compliance page.
India IT Act, 2000
Compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures) Rules, 2011. This includes maintaining reasonable security practices, implementing a privacy policy, and following data breach notification procedures.

- Penetration testing: Quarterly by independent third party
- Vulnerability scanning: Continuous automated scanning
- Internal audits: Semi-annually
