- IMAST logos and brand assets
2. Permitted Uses
- Truthful references to IMAST products in reviews, articles, and comparisons
- Linking to imast.in or product pages
- Integration documentation and API references
- Genuine partner or customer listings (e.g., “Powered by IMAST”)
- Use as adjectives, not nouns (e.g., “IMAST 360 platform” not “an IMAST”)
3. Prohibited Uses
- Modifying, distorting, or altering IMAST logos
- Implying endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without written agreement
- Incorporating IMAST marks into your company name, product name, or domain
- Using IMAST marks in a disparaging or misleading manner
- Creating confusingly similar marks or logos

5. Filing Complaints
If you believe IMAST trademarks are being misused, report to legal@imast.in. We investigate all reports within 48 hours.
